Bugała® Manufacturing is a Polish manufacturer specialising in made-to-order wooden coin packaging for short and medium production runs.
We work exclusively on a B2B model, collaborating with mints, commemorative coin producers, institutions and agencies carrying out jubilee projects.
Each package is designed for a specific coin or series.
We guarantee timely completion.
The production process is planned taking into account schedules and customer project deadlines.
Exclusive production and implementation in Poland make it possible to meet the agreed delivery times, even for series projects.
We manufacture wooden coin boxes and cases for, among other things:
- collector and commemorative coins,
- limited editions,
- anniversary series,
- institutional and promotional projects.
Packaging is carried out on the basis of:
- dimensions of the coin,
- the diameter and thickness of a coin or medal,
- number of coins in a set,
- the way it is presented and displayed.
Prototyping and production preparation
Each project is preceded by a prototyping stage, which allows the design, interior fit and aesthetics of the packaging to be verified before series production begins.
This stage allows for the clarification of technical solutions and the reduction of risks for higher volumes.
We carry out batch orders, usually from several hundred to several thousand pieces.
Each project includes:
- choice of box design,
- interior fitting (inlay, milling, finishing),
- choice of materials and wood colour,
- branding possible (e.g. engraving, ink-filled engraving, pad printing, gilding).
Production takes place in Poland, which allows:
- quality control,
- repeatability of series,
- flexibility for customised projects,
- shorter carbon footprint,
- supporting sustainable development.
