MARKING METHODS

overprint-uv-v3
UV overprint - A modern technique involving the application of a special ink which is immediately cured by UV light. Allows permanent and precise marking even on demanding surfaces such as wood, plastic or eco-leather. It provides high resistance to abrasion and intense colour reproduction. Excellent for logos requiring precision or full-colour printing. No matrix required.
Laser engraving - A permanent marking technique that involves the precise removal of the top layer of material using a laser. Laser engraving does not damage the surface and produces an extremely aesthetic effect. It is used on materials such as wood, metal or engraving laminates. The engraving can also be filled with a coloured paint (e.g. gold, silver or black) to emphasise details.

Pad printing - A printing technique in which ink is applied with a soft pad, enabling printing on uneven and irregular surfaces. Used, among on other materials, such as organic leather and wood. Requires a one-off die, the cost of which is incurred only on the first order - if the print remains the same size, the die can be used repeatedly. If the print needs to be made in a different size (larger or smaller), a new die must be ordered. Maximum print size 65 × 65 mm.
Foil (sticker) - Method of logo application using a thin foil sticker cut according to the customer's design. Available colours are gold, silver and black. Other colours are available on request. The marking method is ideal for smaller runs - no die preparation is required, reducing costs for one-offs or short runs.
3D foil - An aesthetically pleasing solution involving the application of a logo in the form of a raised, spatial sticker. Used mainly on display sets and selected display models. Due to the cost of preparing the mould, it is more suitable for larger quantities, where the unit cost is lower.
