Silk-screen printing - printing technique that consists of pressing the paint through a form on a special matrix, commonly known as the screen. The pattern is transferred directly onto an object or paper/foil, depending on the type of screen printing. Screen printing is the most popular technique for making overprints on large surfaces or in large quantities. Screen printing is slightly more precise than pad printing, however in a short series the unit cost is higher. Screen printing is suitable for flat surfaces. It is best for printing on synthetic leather, wood, Plexiglas, paper, fabric, etc. The cost of the matrix (screen) is a one-time cost and it depends on the surface of the overprint.
Laser engraving - consists of removing a layer of material (making engravings in the material) by means of appropriate tools (cutters) on various surfaces. Thus the picture is durable, accurate and aesthetic. This method does not cause any deformations, cracks, scratches, etc. On our products we use the engraving methods appropriate for wood, metal, and all types of engraving laminates. It is also possible to embellish the engraving with coloured paint (golden or silver).
Pad printing - printing technique consisting of the application of printing ink with a soft, smooth stamp, so called pad. With a pad of the appropriate shape and hardness it is possible to apply an overprint even on uneven or irregular surfaces. Pad printing is one of the most versatile printing techniques. We use it for overprinting on display stands covered with synthetic leather and wood. As standard we offer pad printing in golden, silver and black (other colours available on request). It is necessary to prepare a matrix for pad printing, it's a one time cost. Max. dimensions of overprint is 80x80mm.
Foil (sticker) – a method of transferring a logo by means of appropriately cut foil sticker. Available foil colours are: golden, silver, black and white. Other colours available on request. This method is perfect for small quantities as it doesn't require preparing a matrix. It is used mainly for display sets or individual display stands.
3D Foil - a very attractive method of applying a logo onto a product. It consists of placing a logo , i.e. a sticker made of 3D foil, appropriately cut. It is used for both display sets and individual display stands. It works best with longer series, as the unit price is significantly lower.
